I was not, but it appears that the briefing left many people unconvinced about the legality of the Pentagon's actions. There seems to be inconclusive evidence about whether the boat was Venezuelan, was Tren d'Aguan, where it was headed, and whether it refused to turn around. All things that are claimed in your post.

And we all know how the Liberal Legacy Media has treated Trump and his administration over the past decade when it comes to being dishonest & completely biased against all things Conservative. You also conveniently left out a quote from a Pentagon spokesman stating this:

I always do my best to do the needed homework before I bloviate (except the rare drunk posts that I’ve done my best to keep to a minimum the last many months lol, but when I have, I’ve openly admitted to them to you when you’ve called me out on them).
