I agree with the guys and it's your business you need to run it the way that you want to and to stay safe. Like they said you have a great reputation all around. For some email seems like a trap or a scam maybe or could take to long to get an answer for same day or next day appointments.

usually yes, email is too slow and I am not looking for future,I am looking for now.
