Best providers for newbies

Hey everyone, looking for suggestions for providers that are good for newcomers. I've been AMPing for the last couple years and want to take the next step. Almost everyone requests references, and it would be nice to actually have some.

If they want references and you don't have any then ask if there's another way to verify. You might have to take a selfie holding your id or something you don't want to do though.
