Sean Hannity
People on “the left” like California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) are “predictably claiming, ‘This is a conservative censorship. The MAGA crowd, Donald Trump, got Jimmy Kimmel,’” said Hannity.
“That is false,” he continued. “I can’t find a single prominent conservative voice in the country that even remotely wanted or hoped or was pushing to get Jimmy Kimmel taken off the air.”
A single prominent voice... well Sean...

The word is, and it’s a strong word at that, Jimmy Kimmel is NEXT to go in the untalented Late Night Sweepstakes and, shortly thereafter, Fallon will be gone. These are people with absolutely NO TALENT, who were paid Millions of Dollars for, in all cases, destroying what used to be GREAT Television. It’s really good to see them go, and I hope I played a major part in it!

LOL... You were told over and over that weaponizing the govt. was gonna have a bad outcome. But the leftards thought they'd never lose another election.

Apparently quick too.
Tyler Robinson attended one semester at Utah State University in 2021.
Does this 'indoctrination' apply to technical schools as well?
Tyler was a student at Dixie Technical College's electrical apprenticeship program.
You know, President Donald Trump’s administration is pushing for elite universities like Harvard to invest billions in vocational training.

No problem. Let's apply the same Brenda Carr 'logic' to Fox News/Jesse Walters
Jesse
https://www.politifact.com/factcheck...=jesse-watters
Fox News
The lawsuit revealed internal Fox communications in which hosts like Tucker Carlson, and even News Corp chairman Rupert Murdoch, admitted they knew the claims of election fraud were false. Despite these private admissions, they continued to give platforms to election deniers out of fear of losing viewers to rival networks like Newsmax.
Oh yeah, Newsmax...April 2025
The pro-Trump channel Newsmax defamed Dominion Voting Systems by falsely accusing the company of rigging the 2020 presidential election, a Delaware judge ruled Wednesday.
BTW, Carr has a built in excuse for not doing this...FCC only regulates broadcasters, not cable channels.

Perfectly said. I am an Indy voter. I am so happy to see after 10+ years of the Left getting their way and now they finally have to pay the Fiddler. Lying over and over. Knowingly lying over and over.
I love it.
The left will keep on crying. I love how all of sudden the left is for Free Speech. They sure seem to have a very short memory. One word. COVID. Remember how were all were told to die and go to hell if we did not go along with the lefts narrative?? I surely do.

Does anyone see a bit of 'mafia' in Brendan Carr's statement?

Who said this?
Quote:
Our own government encouraged private companies to silence people who dared to utter what turned out to be an obvious truth. So I come here today not just with an observation, but with an offer. And just as the Biden administration seemed desperate to silence people for speaking their minds, so the Trump administration will do precisely the opposite; and I hope that we can work together on that.
In Washington, there is a new sheriff in town; and under Donald Trump’s leadership, we may disagree with your views, but we will fight to defend your right to offer it in the public square, agree or disagree.

Nexstar, the largest station group in the country, also has a major merger before the Trump administration, its proposed acquisition of Tegna, creating a mega-company with 265 stations in 44 states and the District of Columbia, representing 80% of U.S. TV households. Nexstar also is a leading champion in the broadcast industry for the FCC to relax media ownership limits, something necessary to get its deal through regulatory approval. Nexstar owns 32 ABC affiliates out of a total of 200 stations.
Sinclair also is seeking deregulation, and in its statement, it praised Carr. “We appreciate FCC Chairman Carr’s remarks today and this incident highlights the critical need for the FCC to take immediate regulatory action to address control held over local broadcasters by the big national networks,” Sinclair said.
The Walt Disney Co., the owner of ABC, also will need the Trump administration’s greenlight for ESPN’s deal to buy the NFL Network, with the league taking a 10% stake in the sports division.
|
Likely they will now have no problems with the needed changes in FCC regulations to complete the buyouts/mergers...

I think we can safely speculate that Kimmels show had about the same production costs as did Colberts show and his ratings were even lower. Both were losing money and audiences. Bid surprise.
It was his last straw…

He will probably be back on the air next week. This was ABC's decision, not the FCC. They will be back to losing tens of millions of dollars with Kimmel very soon
Stay tuned...

Charlie Kirk in his own words
A few quotes from Kirk on the First Amendment,
“My position is that even hate speech should be completely and totally allowed in our country. The most disgusting speech should absolutely be protected. The ACLU used to hold this viewpoint. The American Civil Liberties Union, they sued so that legitimate Nazis could march through downtown Skokie.”
“As soon as you use the word ‘hate,’ that is a very subjective term. Then all of a sudden it is in the eyes, or it is in the implementation, of whomever has the power.”
Here's what he said at the Oxford Union, in the United Kingdom: “Free speech is a birthright that you gave us, and you guys decided not to codify it, and now it’s—poof—it’s basically gone.”

Too bad Tyler Robinson, Brendan Carr and Pamela Bondi aren't on the same page with that.
