I didn't know libbys were conflicted. If anything, maybe by the news arm of the kangaroo kicker Rubert. I already posted on another thread the section of license agreements from the FCC the clearly states that networks may NOT air false information about crimes or catastrophes. Only after a public statement by the FCC commissioner threatening to fine or pull licenses from stations that aired Kimmel. And your interpretation of the FCC rules is just plain wrong.

How are they doing that? I would like one maggie to prove the the FCC head made no overt or subtle statement to ABC before what happened to Kimmble. Unfortunately multiple media sources show he made what is construed as a threat. And that threat being those sponsors who were going to have license deals soon come up should not hold their breath that they would go through.

All maggies are blind to that cause and effect situation. But they hold fast, with incorrect language, that Kimmle has not been allowed on his program. Just like, for another example, Epsteins sweety got bumped up accomodations at Club Fed after a closed meeting with the guy that was donnys personal attorney. As stated in a House meeting with Patel called to the floor, no one believes that if was just the prison bureau who took all responsibility for that action.

Btw, TxDot already supplied FCC rules of a broader spectrum than yours. Plus, no lie was broached. That is just a maggie try at a self fulfilling prohecy (sp). You know how to supply the proof.
