... I can remember the events of "J6" and later the slanted
"J6" Committee - who not-onley lied and fabricated "evidence"
- but then destroyed their findings once they disbanded.

was one of the "findings"... "Put him in Jail!"

... And THAT is WHY the good souls at Gateway Pundit
and Tucker and Newsmax and me-own self pushed for the
release of the Video Footage from the Capitol on 6th January.

... So, after a good while - the footage WAS released,
and showed that the Shaman was VERY peaceful and cooperative.
Even THANKED the Police there for "being cool" and showing
him and others around the scene.

and surely looked like yer President Lincoln being led-around
the Starship Enterprise! ...

... So, "Shaman" went to Jail... And there was NONE of that
"No Cash Bail" that's all the rage today with the liberal sect.

Were the J6 people supposed to be in the capitol while the certification was taking place? Just curious. Were some of them threatening to kill Pence? Just asking. Did some of them fight the police and force themselves in the capitol by breaking windows and forcing through doors? I may have seen a video of that.

But what we DO know - from the footage - is that the
builders of the gallows there and the ones with those
"Hang Pence" signs were not charged... Odd, ain't it?

In fact, the fellow who was first building the gallows
was first clearing the fencing the day before.
A rather good sign that he was prolly part of the
Law Enforcement and there for the show.

Imagine that this was the pentagon? What would happen if a riot happened there and a mob broke in and threatened our military.

I have a feeling people would be glad to only get a 3 1/2 year sentence.

This was the seat of our government and they were actively involved in interfering with the change in our government.

What would you expect the appropriate punishment to be?

The problem of course is that he pled guilty to obstructing an official proceeding of congress. Not trespassing. It’s not like he jumped a turnstile in the subway or jumped a fence and used the neighbors pool.

He participated in a riot in an attempt to stop congress from certifying the outcome of a presidential election. That’s a felony whether you like it or not.

Giving pardons to the rioters and trying to change the narrative about that day is a crime all by itself.
