... Crikey! ... Letitia has been doing ILLEGAL FENCING! ...

... And, as usual - Salty is on the case! ... The crimes just
keep adding up (or down) with Letitia James... So, I've surely
benn investigating things - and I have NOT yet seen ANY evidence
of Letitia do anything with stolen goods.
... But the "Illegal Fencing" IS currently happing at her NY residence,
that brownstone in the "Clinton Hill" Historical District.
Crikey! ... Crimes in a place called "Clinton Hill" - who knew?
... It would seem that the metal fence surrounding the property
has fencing that is "too high" - it's over the proper allowance
by 45 or 50cm... And Leitia has been summoned to Court about this.
From what I've uncovered - she has ten (10) days to LOWER the height
of the fence or face a fine of up-to $500 dollars.
There will be a hearing before a Administrative Law Judge on 8 October
if needed.
... Now before some o' you mates decide to soak me about this
- lemme say that I wanna make certain that others in Clinton Hill
should ALSO need to lower their fences if required. I do not
believe that Letitia should be the onley one singled out for this.
Bring Summons against ALL of the offendours, I say! ... And it
should NOT be a Political issue! ... Send Summons to BOTH the
Dems AND Republicans! ... (Send to the Democrats first and
IF they correct things - then send to Republicans after.)
... Fair is Fair! ...
... I just hope Letitia James understands - she can lower
her fence - but she cannot lower her "four unit" property that
really has FIVE (5) Units.
