Most people with high incomes on Wall Street in NYC commute into work from either Connecticut or New Jersey. Just a small percentage of them are living in Trump Tower with the Trumpster. They are not going to Florida or Texas no matter who gets elected Mayor.

Back in 2000 UBS moved its headquarters to CT. That location had more trading space than any other location in the world. Twenty years later they closed the CT location and moved backed to NYC. Their Execs said they needed to be closer to the action.

If you are single and make less than $75,000 you can't afford to live in NYC (not Manhattan) you might can make it in one of the other burroughs (Queens, Brooklyn or the Bronx). New York city policeman and Fireman can't afford to live in New York City. This is the main reason the so called Democratic Socialist is going to be elected.
