And it is not just me. Others who side with me on many issues here get the same slap-dash push-back without substance.
If you disagree with me, fine . . .but then tell me why and how I am wrong. Anything else is just filler without substance or meaning.

What we have here is a classic case of confirmation bias.
Trump has been claiming that he was unfairly targeted for a while now. Some paperwork was found showing an investigation was underway at one time.
There is no evidence or explanation for the investigation just a lot of people saying “Look everything we’ve been saying all along is absolutely true “.
Even though the paper work doesn’t actually say that.
The sad part is that the way Trump has dismantled and destroyed the Justice department means that a true unbiased investigation is all but impossible going forward.

You didn’t actually claim anything in that post. Just that you don’t believe anybody from across the aisle.
Are you hopeful someone will argue that you do believe them?
You can’t refute an opinion. You can disagree or agree, but absent of fact or substance, your post was nothing but opinion with a side order of grievance and frustration.
Don’t blame you. It must be exhausting trying to defend the indefensible and getting called out for it.
Bring some debatable points and you’ll get all the pushback you want. No facts, no debate.
Meanwhile, try the pumpkin spice kool aid. I hear it’s quite refreshing.

Which Begets Which?
Two dates that shall live in infamy:
November 12th, 2022 and November 15th(or 18th?), 2022
One of them was when Jack Smith was appointed Special Council to investigate Trump and the other was the day Trump announced he was running in the 2024 election.
BONUS: 3rd date to know and share is April 13th, 2022. This was when recently former FBI agent Timothy Thibault kicked off the Artic Frost investigation into the financial networks and communications of anything anywhere near Trump and Republicans writ large.
Now you know how non-coincidences and conspiracy facts work.
Meanwhile, try the pumpkin spice enema. I hear it's quite refreshing.

Russians are pikers compared to China/Israel/etc and the election interference GOAT, The United States. We don’t even try hiding it anymore, Obonga flagrantly sent his team over to Tel Aviv to try’n knock out Netanyahu.

One mental test that I sometimes apply to politicians: Would I buy a used car from this guy? From President Trump, I'd hesitate and get the "Car Fax" or have it looked over by my mechanic. first.
From Schumer, Schjiff, AOC , Pelosi or a myriad of other prominent Democrats . . .I'd pass and runn (like the wind) the other way.
After all the pandemic hysteria that turned out to be untrue and after all the gaslighting about whether or not the border was closed . . .and further back the spurious claims that I could keep my doctor and insurance . . . I am wary of statements of "fact" made by liberal progressive officials.
Even unelected Democrats in high office or out are suspect, as in the 50+ intelligence professionals who said the laptop story was a Russian misinformation operation was a bold faced lie.
After all that and more, I have very little confidence that anything that a Democratic politician or official says is anywhere close to the truth.

OK, setting my "opinion" aside then, . . .s here are some hard facts from Speaker Johnson:

“Facts” and “Speaker Johnson” don’t belong in the same sentence.

Come on now. He's a good Christian. Would never lie or exaggerate. Is only concerned with preserving the power of Congress and doing what's best.
The very idea that this lying cocksucker is 3rd in line to the MAGA Autocratic throne is fucking absurd.

Watch the bouncing Boasberg head rolling
ATM: one Senator is calling for his impeachment and two other Senators are hoping mad about the blatant violations of their Speech and Debate clause guarantees in official proceedings.
Quote:
1. Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (18 U.S.C. § 242):
The prosecution alleges that by issuing the gag order, Judge Boasberg willfully deprived U.S. senators of their statutory right under 2 U.S.C. § 6628 to receive notification of legal processes seeking disclosure of Senate data, thereby violating their constitutional protections under the Speech or Debate Clause and separation of powers principles.
2. Obstruction of Proceedings Before Congress (18 U.S.C. § 1505):
This charge claims that the gag order obstructed the Senate’s ability to exercise its oversight functions, including the right to file a motion to quash the subpoenas, by preventing timely notification and thus hindering potential congressional inquiries or interventions.
3. Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S.C. § 241):
The DOJ asserts that Judge Boasberg conspired with Special Counsel Smith’s office to infringe upon the senators’ rights, using his judicial authority to conceal the subpoenas and evade Senate opposition.
|
Not to mention ye olde Deprivation of Constitutional rights, aka the 4th Amendment:
Quote:
|
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
|
There is also an odd phone carrier debate embedded within this whole topic. Sen Lindsey Graham learned later that Verizon turned over everything requested by Jack Smith and Judge Boasberg.
Ted Cruz, on the other hand, had AT&T as his carrier, who pushed back on Jack Smith over the Speech and Debate clause and never heard back from Sad Sack Jack. Musta been busy or something.
Regardless, those three Senators are Bad Mad.
