Default Big nite for DEMs

Wait...I thought DJT was able to predict the future and read the outcomes...but....seems like the DEMs just blasted through any red walls and scored wins across the board.

NJ
VA
NYC

Was it the shitty economics promised on day 1, or the shut down, or the complete inability to relate to the population by having a party while people are struggling to eat?

Costs are up on almost all consumer items!!

It seems to me that lies from the MAGA side of the aisle have landed themselves in total defeat. Not one promise fulfilled outside of deporting anybody who's brown or speaks Spanish. Farmers and healthcare crisis on the brink of collapse, but let's have a party, cause a Gatsby party never hurt anyone.

Add on- let's bail out fucking Argentina.

Can't believe that this is a surprise and let's see what happens in California! I'm predicting another blue win.

Va just had a right leaning Republican governor...so there goes your theory. Don't be bitter. Just accept the ass whipping that was handed down. Even the DJT runner in NYC , Cuomo was defeated soundly. Btw it wasn't long ago that Chris Christie was in NJ and Yonkin in VA...

This will be repeating itself over the next 12-36 months while ballroom Donnie is fecklessly unaware of the nest he kicked.

The issue is that Trump promised everything under the sun and now has been found coming up short along with his supported candidates.

The next fight is the house of Reps. But I'll post a new thread on that. Seems that is very much in the wind right now.

Love the enthusiasm.

Why did all 3 PA Supreme Court judges get over 60% of the vote to retain their seats and maintain the 5-2 advantage?

My condolences to NYC, Virginia and NJ. But you get what you deserve.

Edit: does the OP know that Mamdani is a Communist. I guess he thinks Democrats and Communists are the same thing.

These elections weren't close. All we got from the White House was "Trump wasn't on the ballot..."

Guess what?

HE WAS! And it was a sound rebuke of Trump and his dictatorial nightmare.

This was just the first of what figures to be another three years of the people making their voices heard and rejecting authoritarianism and Artificial Ignorance.

WINNING!

Zohran Mamdani:

“So hear me President Trump when I say this — to get to any of us immigrants, you will have to get through all of us!”

Trump:
If Zohran Mamdani becomes the NYC Mayor and tries to interferer with ICE operations, We Will Have to ARREST HIM

Save these clips. Gonna be dasting…

Interesting…

Mamdani’s win in New York evokes intense reaction in Israel — calls for Jewish New Yorkers to immigrate back to Israel

Here are the Israeli government officials and politicians who denounced Zohran Mamdani’s election:

1. Amichay Eliyahu, Heritage Minister
“The Jews of America who voted for Mamdani have raised their hands in support of antisemitism in the heart of America. I call on them to immigrate to Israel immediately.”

2. Amichai Chikli, Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism Minister (Likud party, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition)
“New York is walking with open eyes into the abyss. The election of a Hamas supporter as mayor is a critical turning point. I call on the Jews of New York to move to Israel, their true home.”

3. Itamar Ben-Gvir, National Security Minister
“The election of Zohran Mamdani as mayor of New York will be remembered forever as a moment when antisemitism triumphed over common sense. He is a supporter of Hamas, a hater of Israel and an avowed antisemite.”

4. Avigdor Liberman
Opposition Leader and Chairman of Yisrael Beytenu party
“Just three decades after the Twin Towers disaster, New York has elected a racist, populist, and openly Shiite Islamist as its mayor. Mamdani is the poster boy for the silent jihad. This is a wake-up call for New York Jews who want to survive to immigrate to where they belong—the land of Israel. The Big Apple has fallen.”

5. Sharren Haskel, Deputy Foreign Minister (Likud party, Netanyahu’s coalition)
“The election of Democratic candidate Zohran Mamdani as New York City mayor is deeply concerning given his history of anti-Israel and anti-Jewish rhetoric. Israel will continue to work to secure the safety and dignity of the Jewish community in New York.”

He says that he is a socialist. Please don't conflate the two. Cities by their definition are a socialist construct where you have specialized needs and crafts. Not everyone lives on 40 acres and needs to shoot deer and grown their own vegetables. Not impugning those who do or need to, but the base idea of socialism only limits things like gouging ppl for un-realistic costs and fee's. Things like food and rent etc., are looked at as any other commodity. If you own all or alot of the property- as does a capitalist like Trump does- the rates that are charged are often times leveraged to obscene and unrealistic levels.

I'm not against capitalism, but democracy and socialism are more akin than not. Capitalism and Authoritarianism are much more alike in that if you have all the property and make all the rules, - then nothing is there to stop you from taking advantage of those in the area. Mandani will be fine-as there are guard rails that he will follow- unlike many ppl in leadership roles. Hopefully the money doesn't corrupt him like it did Eric Adams and Cuomo, and Giuliani et al.

Really the NYC vote was an anti-corruption vote for an idealist if nothing esle.

He’s a Communist and a Muslim. Don’t obfuscate.

White and Black women celebrate Mamdani Win — “Sharia law starts now, absof*ckingutely”

They have no idea what they’re asking for. Not a damn clue.

https://t.me/candlesinthenight/88741

JOHN SOLOMON: Mamdani’s mask is slipping. The DSA in New York, the group that put him in office, just laid out a radical plan: force NYC to divest from anything Jewish, restrict land sales, and weaken the NYPD. This isn’t reform; it’s revolution.

Some of you will never wake up. A few of you may wake up one day but will likely be too late. A vote for Dems is a vote for the below as by default you support open borders and the demography is destiny concept.

“A civilization is built on a set of internalized values. Numerous civilizations have developed radically different visions of how to organize societies, and these have competed in process akin to Darwinian selection in establishing which civilizational ethos permits for maximal flourishing. American exceptionalism is one such system and it has yielded the greatest society that the world has ever known. Suicidal empathy is going to destroy it because Western tolerance is its fatal Achilles tendon. Remember my words.

Cultures are neither equal nor indistinguishable. Cultural relativism (a parasitic idea) coupled with suicidal empathy eradicates this obvious reality. It is a form of lobotomy that immobilizes people from stating that they do not wish to host people who hail from cultures that are antithetical to their foundational values. This simple reality is destroying the West.“

got you marked down for a no vote for "socialism ideals" on both cities and cultures- cause that is exactly what makes one city different than a corn field in Nebraska.

'Anti-ethical and against foundational values" seems like a lovely phrase of saying- "I'm a racist and I don't want those kids in my backyard".

Heres a partial list that were brought about by socialistic idealism:
  • Public Healthcare
  • Public Education
  • Pensions and Social Security
  • Labor rights and 8 hour workdays
  • Minimum Wage and Job Protection
  • Centralized Economic Planning- (public works- infrastructure- highways etc.)
  • Nationalized influence on Imports and Exports- (tariffs and taxes)

Further- The 12 values of socialism, are the national values of "prosperity", "democracy", "civility" and "harmony"; the social values of "freedom", "equality", "justice" and the "rule of law"; and the individual values of "patriotism", "dedication", "integrity" and "friendship".

Just so were clear- YOURE a NO on all the above. Please make sure to mail back your social security check when / if you retire and mark on it- NOT INTERESTED when you return it.

Truly the biggest difference between R's and D's is the R's have APATHY- and D's have empathy. No bigger difference than that as I've been able to discern. Isolationists vs Openness.

If Mandami tried to allow anyone into the country it would be illegal, but what he is saying- is that there is enough division in the city of NY, and it's time for someone to be more considerate of the population vs. how much money they can MAKE on any / all of the inhabitants. I don't think that's too wild or out of hand.
