Small doses, be patient, clinics every couple of months unless you're not sure on a provider. message a veteran before you add certain things in a review (ppl lie, or maybe the provider doesn't want that much traffic)it's your money and time. If you feel anything is off leave. Aim to get out of this the sooner the better.

I personally believe that etiquette is established beginning with your comfort zone. Don't want to give out information to the ladies? Then stick with the ladies who don't ask for it.
