I've been watching the building where TD's Eubank used to be that's been vacant since COVID. It's for sale again. When it first sold there was sign posted for city zoning but then nothing ever happened. If someone want's to front me a bunch of cash I bet we could make a topless bar way better than the current options...

Friend of my used to own a strip club in Maryland. He sold it 2 years ago. It was a popular spot and he's not working, still living off the money from the sale. I've been trying to convince to buy the old TDs. But he says Albuquerque is a dump and won't move here lol
