It's unfortunate that no one has much to offer on this post. I'm in Cebu City right now and have also found it difficult to understand how things work. In Manila, Smooci or a Google search would yield plenty of options - but that has not been the case here in Cebu City. Most blogs I've found online make it seem like things are more "organic" here. In other words, approaching girls at "known" hot spots like Ayala mall or at one of the sports bars or KTVs in the red light district. But for a Cebu newbie, it's hard to know exactly how to navigate all that. Plus it's terribly inefficient. I don't want to "hunt". I just want to get down to business. Hopefully some Philippines vets can weigh in here. Much appreciated.

Been going to Cebu for the last 15 years. Maybe two dozen trips. I stay on Mactan. Just got back from last trip a week ago. Have to say, things appear to be changing. Pretty much all of my old haunts are gone and the new places are pure rip-offs. Also spent a couple of days in Manila and the same appears to be true there as well. Just one piece of tried-and-true advice. Pinalove is an app that is used by mostly everyday filipinas. It is still true that most of the younguns you want to find are not professionals and do it for extra money or just for the excitement. The Philippines is largely a Catholic country so BBFS is much more common. My advice is to hook up through Pinalove. I would have offered advice on specific locations, clubs, and areas, but like I said, seems to be changing. You might also hang out in Robinson mall or other of the larger malls. The coffee shops and often frequented by young ladies on the prowl. Don't' be afraid to approach the ladies. If they are hanging around in there, they expect it.
