I never get a response from calling or texting that number. (412)834-5053 is the number listed on Google. And that leads to my question…do you need an appointment? And do they honor the appointment or just take walk-ins regardless?

Didn’t make an appointment either of the times I went. First time got lucky and they were able to take me right back. Second time they said come back at the top of the hour

On the door are some phone numbers posted to call if the door is locked. Next time I go I’ll take note of what they are. Hopefully someone else knows though cause I’d rather just make an appointment
