Not even pimps get 30 years, damn. Tarrant county don't play. A judge in Dallas County probably would have only given her 2 years with probation.

The other girls are mentioned in some other posts. It sounds like working conditions were poor even before the madam was arrested.

The stiff sentence makes me wonder if she didn’t give up someone else who was the real boss. I guess, though, the threats would be sufficient on their own to justify that long a sentence. Awful young, though….

Why is it hard to believe that she would threaten people? There are female serial killers and cartel bosses. Women can be violent too

I acknowledged that she threatened them. It’s an unusual case is all I’m saying. She is the same age as some of the women she managed. Most of the time they are doing that on behalf of the main guy. Perhaps this one was different, since the lieutenants usually turn on their boss once they are facing that much hard time.

My guess is she plead guilty and took the charge thinking it wouldn't be the max. Judge threw the book at her over what was in the discovery. She probably wasn't the only one involved as she was know to have a pimp too. She was the bottom B....

Do you admit that white men have a disproportionately higher rate of being serial killers? Do you really think all the pimps in rural West Virginia are black guys with fur coats? The owners of strip clubs are disproportionately white. They pump ladies with alcohol and don't police drug use. You don't think mamasans in amps are pimps? For a guy who goes to amps, you don't seem to realize that the places you frequent are run by older, female, Asian pimps who literally traffic girls from asia to the states.
