Generally, when writing a review, there's a section called The Rest of the Story, or ROS for short. If you don't have Premium Access, you can't see that section in other people's reviews, but you'll be able to see it, and need to fill it out in your own.

The ROS section should include a more detailed account of what you experienced with the pre-appointment communication, meeting the provider, more detailed account of your experience, her attitude and anything else, good or bad that is relevant about the experience.
