As someone else mentioned, unless you made an agreement of money for sex over text, you've not committed a crime. The crime happens when you go into the room and hand over the money. Anyone who texts details is making a big mistake. The odds are very very low that they'll come after johns. Not enough resources and probably not enough evidence. Sometimes cops will do a 'knock and talk' to scare you. This happens sometimes when there are a lot of potential criminals uncovered during a website seizure.

Asian Stars booker got 500 texts a day. Massive amount of Johns visiting the studios. They are not going after them, too many. Imagine if it was legal and taxes were paid....

Or if they have the incall under surveillance and stop guys exiting the facility. But you’ll know immediately in that case and won’t have to wait around for months to find out.

Is that because they were extremely popular, or the fact that Dallas has a giant monger population?

The crime happens the moment you agree to pay or offer money for sex. So when the booker sends you a price list and you confirm, that's solicitation.

I think sexual acts have to be communicated in some way. If you are responding to an ad that mentions such acts, I have heard that could be sufficient.
A lot of the legitimate ladies will limit their providing quotes to a period of time with no mention of services offered, or the service mentioned is not sexual in nature (like massage). Be wary of the ads that throw out all the common hobby acronyms, which I see a lot associated with Asian outfits. If you confirm you saw such an ad and agree to pay for a session, that may be enough to arrest you.

Someone also needs to tell the remaining studio bookers to stop listing prices and services in canned texts.

Yes exactly. Even responding to an ad with explicit images could be enough to arrest you. But like all those listcrawler ads that specify sex acts, prices, and show naked images... You're just begging to be arrested if you respond to those.

Or ripped off, which I guess is the least bad likely thing.

That too. Either way it's unlikely to end well.

Should also be a lesson to all the dudes who discuss services (e.g. BBFS) with the bookers. I used to tell guys on here to never discuss price and / or services, and a handful of them would always respond with "well then how do we know what's on their menu".......just never discuss price and / or services, so nothing else matters. Figure it out with the girl when you get there or something!!
