the Maduro weapon was worse, i'm thinking. faster, completely disabling, blood streaming out of noses, vomiting blood, guards falling over.

the Havana syndrome was probably a Russian device using targeted microwave radiation to spy on diplomats' laptops, if you can believe it. could be a slightly different part of the spectrum, but it was a type of electromagnetic radiation, i think.
