Yea, I know. Snacky Jr's desires won out in the heat of the moment. We've all been there with irl chicks or in the hobby. I'm sure the vast majority of guys can't honestly say that they've strapped up every single time they bang a new irl chick before they both go and get tested.

HSV2 is not considered a life threatening disease and most Dr will not test for it when u go for a standard STD test. You have to ask for 10 panel test. Since it is not life threatening you can’t hold someone responsible for transmitting it to u.

You are correct that you have to ask for the full panel STI test to include HSV2, however, you are wrong about the whole "life threatening" aspect of it. Can you site your source for this?

AFAIK in Texas you can file a civil lawsuit AND go after them criminally. You have to meet a threshold of proof, but these are not impossible.

This is just from my personal research. Also getting a provider to acknowledge that she infected you will be a long shot. It can be anywhere from 3 days to 6 wks before you may see any symptoms from HSV2. So pin pointing who u got it from will be difficult if u seen multiple ladies within that period

Just for clarification, my comment was strictly about the possibility of legal action. Not about the feasibility of obtaining the evidence. Under Texas law, you can certainly seek compensation and justice. This is a fact. Every Texas law source confirms this, and I can't find a single one that says otherwise. That's why I asked for citation to back your claim. I am always open to being proven wrong.

Regarding the practicality aspect, maybe she's the only provider the monger has seen in a year? It's also not just about getting the provider to acknowledge it. There are numerous other ways of obtaining proof if you're committed enough. Correlating time ranges with other mongers who have seen her, hiring a PI, interviewing providers who know her, subpoena medical records to confirm she's on antivirals, just to mention a few. Maybe not practical, but certainly possible.

This is also why everyone needs to routinely get screened for a full panel STI test, if planning on being sexually active. This narrows down the time ranges for you in case you catch something. Stay safe and happy hobbing!
