IF the DHS/ICE/CBP/Noem/Bovino tale that he had no ID on him at the time of his death is true...

This is a photo from a video showing an ICE officer removing Alex's gun. This happened about 1 second before officers fired 10 shots. Seems like they wanted to make sure he would be dead.
