First thing that should be done on EVERY shooting of this type is to get all pertinents of those directly involved *AND* their experience. MY guess is that they are piss poor in that department.

Were it to go to trial (it’ll settle long before) just showing the videos of Noem and Bronzino lying about the facts and showing the videos of the assault of the woman Pretti was helping up then showing video of ICE officers beating Pretti, hitting him with the can of pepper spray and ending it with the video still of the officer with Pretti’s gun in hand as Pretti is shot in the back from above him near the ground. A jury would destroy ICE and the award would be massive.
