The Constitution provides the States total control over how they run elections.

I do not like the way California runs elections there . . .and I do not live thee. Seems that lately, a lot of folks ae choosing to live somewhere else too.

The only way that elections can be conducted in a more uniform manner (if that is what "nationalizing elections" means) would be through a massive amendment to the constitution.

That could happen.
