Dems win Senate and House in 2026….will impeachment of Trump or others follow.

What are your thoughts, either side? Would the Dems impeach Trump or other MAGAtards?

My opinion is they should not, win or split in Congress. I think normal people are ready to move on. And, really, what do the Dems gain by an impeachment? JD Vance…..which is a worse scenario.

If the Dems win, they should move into 2028 mode….and do what they need to do to enhance and use the gains to increase gains for the 2028 elections. Not continue looking into the past, and wasting time and taxpayers funds chasing ghosts they have no chance of catching. Since, even if they win the Senate, they will not have any shot at 67 votes there.

I think the majority of the people are sick of all these political shenanigans on both sides. And, the people want to move forward…..not backward.

My bet is that the party that convinces the public that they are not continuing what has been going on with impeachments and investigations, for 30 years now, will win the Presidency, and Congress, in 2028.

i dunno. Trump's many COIs are off the scale. we need to know more about them. there's never been another president stuffing his pockets with so much cash while ostensibly acting in America's best interest. i'm highly skeptical.

Should not, but.....
Would they actually get a conviction? Trump should be concerned about that now. However, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors are the activities required. So does death of a US citizen by ICE qualify? Maybe. And something like that would take out numerous other executive branch folks.
So....
Ignoring that I forsee total govt gridlock for 2 years. Probably some govt shutdowns.

The short answer is NO. Why you may ask? Well Trump bombed Iran and assisted Israel in their defense against the Persian state. You may not understand my answer and it probably went over your head but that's what they don't want you to understand. Nothing will happen to Trump impeachment wise and you can bet your bottom dollar on that. Nothing! Politics is like sports right? It's tribalistic? You think both sides are supposed to hate each other right? Besides Washington wasting time with another bogus impeachment by the Dems would only further make America look like a global laughing stock in the eyes of foreign leaders, America's adversaries, and America's allies. Such lunacy would be telling world leaders to dump the US Dollar and RUN into physical gold or the Swiss Franc for stability. The world has had enough of America's bullshit be it from a Democrat or a Republican and they have to stop embarrassing themselves. The Epstein Files is ruining America's credibility and the clown show of impeachment proceedings would further prove the point.

Washington needs to stop cutting off their nose to spite their face on the global stage.
