The affidavit that the DOJ used was sealed. Not any more. And we are gonna find out just how lame their sources were.
And "legal wrangling" my fucking ass. Their opposition to this seizure of these records from their SECURE location is quite justified. Now the chain of custody has been broken and we can no longer be assured that they have not been tampered with.

... Already Got Boxes Missing ------
... As you lads are aware - the FBI executed a search warrant for
ALL physical ballots, all tabulator tapes, all ballot images, and
all voter rolls form the 2020 Election.
In the past Fulton County onley provided 9 of 148 tabulator zero tapes
for Advance voting tabulators, despite repeated attempts to compel
them to provide more.
... And the ballot images?? ... Fulton County has admitted that they
failed to preserve "the majority of ballot images from in-person voting".
This last week, Fulton County Officials filed a emergency motion in
Federal Court asking to have the election materials that were taken
during the search returned to them.
... However, Georgia State Election Board Vice Chair Dr. Jan Johnston
believes that too many questions remain unanswered, and Johnston
DOES NOT want those ballots and election documents returned until
they have been copyed, reviewed and investigated.
... Fulton County Commissioner Rob Pitts and Fulton County Officials
were allowed inside restricted areas of the Election Records warehouse,
where the FBI was trying to conduct a criminal Search Warrant.
But WHY did Fulton County Officials Bar the State Election Officers
from entering?? ... What were the Fulton County Officials doing??
... Were they handling election records and ballots??
... What we surely DO know is that there's supposed to be
700 boxes of Election Documents... Yet the FBI onley found 656 there.
... So, there's almost 50 boxes MISSING. ... Where Are They??
... Hopefully, we'll soon find out!

I told ya, over and over. Christ knows WHAT the DOJ and FBI did with 'em. The chain of custody was broken and now they have "lost" some of them. Full blown tampering. Whatta surprise.

He don't care about Chain of Custody. Only that if you can't win an election, steal it by any means possible.
Would have been nothing to have a valid election official present with the donny troop. Would only have to explain one accidental death to cover the theft of democracy.

actually, you're splitting hairs. no court has ever said "no fraud". you keep repeating this falsity.
those complaints that were thrown out were of legal technical errors with improper legal usage, typos etc... again none of the case ever got into discovery stage because the judges would not look at the evidence and they were looking at complaints at that stage. alot of the complaints were valid as they were made by poll workers who were there during the count. they were quick to dismiss it as they did not want to due a court date past the deadline. that is why discovery never happened. with discovery, the court would have found fraud or no fraud during its findings.

it was pretty clear that you didn't say "no fraud" but you were saying it in a roundabout way... "prove fraud" translated as "no fraud".

do you know how to read???? you're parsing what Salty said.
FBI found only 656 boxes at the fulton county warehouse. they couldn't find the that one pallet of 50 boxes.
they did not lose them as they never had possession of it.
It appears that fulton county officials hid those 50 boxes.

Based on reporting surrounding the Jan. 28, 2026, FBI raid at a Fulton County, Georgia, warehouse, the following details are available regarding the number of boxes seized:
656 Boxes: Superior Court Clerk Che Alexander confirmed that federal agents took 24 pallets, which encompassed 656 boxes of 2020 election documents, including ballots and voter rolls.
700 Boxes (Reported): Initial reports from some local officials, including County Commissioner Marvin Arrington Sr. and Commissioner Mo Ivory, estimated that roughly 700 boxes were taken.
Discrepancy: While some news outlets reported 700 boxes based on initial on-site statements, the official count provided by the Superior Court Clerk, who directly oversaw the retrieval of the documents from the secured cage, was 656 boxes.

And this reasonable explanation will be completely ignored by all those already convinced that some kind of fraud occurred. Trump’s obsession with the 2020 election and the sycophants running the government are going to investigate and ultimately destroy all credibility of their own investigation.
Hell, Bill Barr couldn’t find any evidence to support the claims of widespread voter fraud. No one with any credibility has.

GREAT! We are both on the same page that *I* never sang in unison with all the maggies who still rage on with no hoarseness in their screechings about fraud everywhere: from their Rightwing media mouthpieces, to a washed up disbarred attorney screaming it in front of a lawn service building, to the merry halls of the sheeple on eccie.
*BUT* I have never been round about to condemning maggies for for not having the testicular fortitude to officially document your never ceasing rage whining in official court documents.
Maggies continually show how lazy, hypocritical, how everything has to be about them and to hell with the rest of the people, including their constituents.
*THAT* I have NEVER been roundabout.
Don't try and twist what I said. Straight up quotes are more than available here on what I said.

Just goes to show you, the real world relies on a documented chain of custody. Maggies relies on hearsay without supporting proof.

Sadly they'll still try to find something or make something up if that fails.
Grist for the sheeple.
