I believe that's her usual availability. I've tried before and couldn't work out a time. She posted this week on P411 that she is available all week, so she must be on a vacation or something. Have something set up. Review in a few days..

Yes, it's definitely an upgrade from her previous place, much nicer and not in a student housing apartment complex. It's not a "luxury suite" but it's nice and clean and in a good area.

Yes, I saw her in the morning but her typical schedule is late afternoon onward normally. I just happened to see on P411 that she was doing all day appointments this week so I jumped on it.
