The promoter for GL is named in the Affidavit. It states he is a promoter for other studios, but it doesn't name them. He is currently facing 3 state felony charges. These charges can lead to a federal indictment. The Affidavit states that he was paid to write reviews and then post them on Eccie. One of the reviews was of a woman named "Juju." Today, I found a federal indictment of 4 people who operated several amps in Pennsylvania. Each person was indicted for using the internet to file the corporate documents for their respective amps. Imagine that!

Interesting since I didn't see that before. It will probably be hard to stick as promoters have multiple handles, multiple phone or tablet, at least for Chung’s case.
