Look for people with badges walking through the hallways. You probably won't know if a place is being watched. A business may have visitors who walk in, ask questions but don't stay. A business that has visitors that ask to walk around the facility or want to inspect the kitchen, check the plumbing, inspect the fire suppression equipment. You might have people lingering in cars in the parking lot or the parking lot across the street. You might see marked cars frequently driving by the store. Like I said - you probably won't know a place is being watched until you're in there and someone asks to come into the room. My guess is that you're getting a legit massage and that you'd never pay additional money for services that are of questionable legality.

Stopped by CH today, appears to be operating as usual. No weird vibes but the girl working had the oddest fake boobs I’ve ever felt. Looked huge but felt like bricks. I didn’t get her name, so no review, but she is new and was curious on the local rates. There was some other lady there too that I heard, sounded like the boss.
