Okay, so y’all know I’ve been renting my little townhouse by Britton & Rockwell for almost 2 years now. My lease is finally up, and your girl is ready for a new adventure ✨🏡

Now listen… SO many of you swore up and down that Britton & Rockwell was “dangerous,” but honestly? It’s been totally fine for me 😂 I survived! I thrived! I minded my business!

Butttt I’m ready for an upgrade. I want a HOUSE house. A cute grown-woman vibe house. The only problem? I don’t know OKC well enough, and I am NOT trying to accidentally move to “Crackhead Central” because I trusted the wrong one of y’all 🤦🏽♀️😂

So here’s where you come in, gentlemen…

Drop the SAFE zip codes in OKC & Edmond for a single lady who likes peace and quiet and can walk to her car without clutching her keys like Wolverine.

No apartment suggestions — houses or townhomes only.

I’m heavily considering Edmond, so if you’re trying to convince me that’s where I belong… now is your time to shine 😌✨

There are some nice townhomes out off of wilshire west of council on the south side.

Edmond seems to have very vigilant neighbors. I know the shops are busted regularly, so I'd think you want to be wary, not of crackheads, but if people trying to take care of their town "for the greater good".

Personally, I like how the Paseo arts district has been improving.

The ideal townhomes (other than downtown) are at Sutton Place on May Avenue just south of Britton. The Jamestown development on 63rd west of May would also be good, as would all the duplexes around/near Belle Isle Park south of 63rd.

There are lots of hidden gems. DM me if you would like more specifics.

Nina, Edmond is a nice town but I worry about nosy neighbors. i’d love to see you remain in OKC proper. I like the suggestions that others have posted. Good luck!

I'm just not a huge fan of Paseo Arts district. To me it seems like I really have to know the area cause one block can look great and the next block looks scary. That's pretty much all of OKC that's why I want out lol !! Quail springs Mall area is high on my list with edmond. I know how to be discreet
