Since I've moved here I've noticed a lot of ads for our areas but then they are somewhere else entirely. Not sure if they are fishing to see what the possible business might be or if they're trying to lure you in for some paid online content. I'm betting the latter.

Found a bunch of different ads with the same girl or one that looks very similar but different phone numbers. If she's legit she looks really good.
