I can't comment on your first link but can on the second. I have seen this gal's photos used a lot in both Minot and Bismarck over the past couple of years. I know it is a real person and that she does see people but I also know she "shares" her number with a couple friends because the couple times I used it, it was a different person behind the door. Someone named Italy, I think. Anyway, I did ask "Italy" about that and she said something to the effect of how they are friends and share the same number sometime when working and they know the other one is not.
Now, having said all of that, the number in the ad you shared isn't what I used in the past. They were using (661)730-6943 at that time and the lady in the photos was going by the name Marie.
