matt, thx for the update. i suggest you include such in your initial inquiry.

the only warning i have is her area code - it serves southeastern and central Ohio.
maybe she just moved to fort worth. maybe not.
if i were interested, i would ask her for closest major intersection and/or landmark. granted, "she" could use google maps and street view to give an answer, but at least "she'd" have to do some work to give an answer.

if you decided to toftt, just dont send a deposit or prepay!!!
