Not the problem. Some AMPs don't want any mention on ECCIE to avoid getting LE attention. Massage 7 has a no review policy. Massage 7 would like these comments deleted but she has no idea on how to get them deleted.

I don’t think staff will do that based on a third party appeal. They might delete the offending comments if the folks posting them hit the RTM Button on their own posts and ask for it, or at least ask that they be put in private tags so folks without PA can’t read them.

The good news is random comments don't make the bar when it comes to LE making a move. They need a combination of civilian complaints and multiple reviews across multiple review sites for them to have a strong enough case to prosecute (of the 2 civilian complaints have a greater weight hence the number scrambling you've been seeing on recent reviews), so luckily for your friend this is below the line for LE.
