Default Arizona Elections - Lid Blown Off!

... G'day You-inzours,

... Crikey! .. er ... "BAM!" ( ) Wouldja look at that!

Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen has referred the
Democrat AG Kris Mayes and Secretary of State Adrian Fontes
to the Department of Justice for their Criminal Witness
Tampering and Obstruction of Justice in the explosive
2020 Election Investigation.

The controversy surely centres around a Federal Grand Jury
Investigation tied to the records from the Arizona 2020
Election and the Maricopa County audit.

The FBI already has the Maricopa County Election data
and voting records via a Grand Jury Subpoena.

Senate President Petersen alleges that Kris Mayes and
Adrian Fontes attempted to Interfere in the Investigation by:

> Warning County Officials NOT to comply with the Federal Subpoena.

> Suggesting to them that turning over voter data could be illegal.

> Seeking to discourage cooperation with the Federal Investigation Officials.

... NOW we will see how the Department of Justice will proceed
as they continue to Investigate just what happened there in
Maricopa County - with the zeal to surely root out the
Voting Fraud and Corruption!

... "BAM!" ... MORE TRUTH! ...

For the record, the 2020 election in AZ was managed by REPUBLICAN party members including the recounts and conclusions that the election was safe and secure.

I've heard of stretches, but this one makes stretch Armstrong look like a rookie.

Another giant nothingburger based on nothing but one state senators ambition over another. How is it that an election that's been counted and recounted and had Cyber ninjas come up with the same outcome, is relevant a mere 6 yrs later?

Did this come up as a tarot card reading or tossed out podcast from Alex Jones. Pretty sure even he is saying WTF bout now.

... First off -- The Georgia Election was ALSO ran by
Republicans - and look where they are now...

And who cares IF the Election was "safe and secure"
IF there's illegal voting and FAKE ballots there??

"Safe and secure" means NOTHING then.
The Arizona voters deserve the TRUTH about Maricopa County.

And second -- No, not from tarot cards or Alex Jones,
but from The FBI and the DOJ. ...

You mean like this was a distraction just like all the other non Epstein actions? I'm pretty sure the distractions could include:

The destruction of the East wing
The disolution of the forestry service.
The reduction of spend on science a tech.
The reduction of health and human services.
The Reduction on agriculture and education.
The Reduction on servicing student aid.
The reduction of DEI & NOAA.
An intrusion to a country and kidnapping.
Destroying a countries leadership & expecting a reasonable result.

the administration who gives no shits about the country or the ppl who live here. In full effect and showing everyone they don't care about any of us either.

That's all any of this has ever been about. It won't work. MAGA is on its death bed, and every poll reflects that.

But short of suspending the midterms altogether (something trump will absolutely try to do, by the way), donnie diaperload is running headlong into lame duck territory.

They are being investigated for what? Telling the truth.

Turning over voter data could be illegal. Cooperating with Federal officials who are operating illegally could open them up to criminal prosecution.

Relitigating the 2020 election is a giant boondoggle and suggesting that local election officials should have their own lawyers be involved to make certain that the required subpoenas and other investigatory measures are legal is not a violation of their 1st amendment rights.

Arizona’s 2020 election was possibly one of the most scrutinized in the US at the time. Investigating it further is nothing more than a misguided attempt to appease President Trump’s delusional theoryies.

Ahoy. Let's break this down without the theatrical sound effects.

Yeah, the referral happened. But here's the real deal: that big Republican-led audit of Arizona's 2020 election — the one Petersen pushed hard for — already wrapped up and said Biden won. They were specifically hunting for fraud... and came up empty.

What Mayes and Fontes really did was just ask Petersen: "Hey, what voter data did you send to the FBI? Did it include protected stuff like Social Security numbers or driver's licenses under state privacy laws?" That's not blocking anything — it's a legit elected official checking if sensitive info was handled right.

Oh, and Petersen? He's running against Mayes for attorney general right now. He basically sicced the DOJ on his own opponent. Funny how that detail didn't make the post.

The US Attorney's office? They basically said "thanks for the heads-up" and kept it moving. Last time Petersen tried getting them to probe a Democrat, they reminded him they're not detectives.

BAM's putting in all this effort over a referral that fizzled — filed by a guy in a heated election race against the target.

... Let's break-down your responce as I again show the FACTS:

... The (RINO) "Republican-led" audit was not looking
very hard for voting fraud... Just to show that Biden
"had more votes" in Arizona... Biden also "had more votes"
in Georgia - even some that never existed...

What Mayes and Fontes are doing now is encouraging
Maricopa Officials to not comply with the Federal subpoenas.
... In possible violation of the Law. ... But let's let
the FBI/DOJ decide that.

... So, Mayes and Fontes surely feel the need to educate
the Federal Grand Jury, The FBI and The DOJ on state
privacy laws?? ... Social Security numbers and also
driving license numbers??

... Mate, you DO understand that personal information
of that nature is constantly shared every day - on almost
EVERY Job Application you'll fill out, yes? ... And on EVERY
Job Application that would require you to DRIVE a vehicle.

So, understanding THAT - I reckon we can trust the FBI/DOJ
with that personal info ---- at least as much as you'd
trust the private, public or corporate employers. ..

... Let's see how the Arizona situation plays out.
... "BAM!" - Showing the Truth!
