The Strait is starting to reopen, the markets have already clawed back their losses, and you sure like to split hairs, dontcha?

No it isn't and no they haven't. It's not "splitting hairs" to correct obvious misinformation.

Another deadline extension for TACO Don. And before Lusty tries to pull the old "he bombs them he's committing war crimes, he doesn't it's TACO" bullshit let's remember that he started this, he claimed victory early, he's wasting piles of ordinance and lives and has yet to get that complete surrender he demanded despite claiming victory early, he's alienated just about every ally and he looks like a fucking clown in all of this.
Remember... he obliterated their nuclear program folks. Obliterated. Boom. So what's this really been about?
He dug a hole in Joe's basement and found Dubya levels of disapproval. Deserves every bit of it

... The Iran cheerleaders here surely seem disappointed
that President Trump has extended the ceasefire for
more negotiation - don't they, Lustylad?
... The liberals seem so quick to trust the Iranian news media
- that pushes for "Death to the Jews" and "Death to America!"..
... How sad. ...

Grow a pair. If you're trying to rebut something I posted over in the national Political Forum, do it there not here.

Whether here or there, it's toothless drivel with no mettle. Trump's flaccid, feckless leadership and inability to get out of his own way has now led Iran's intact leadership to capture 2 ships in the Straight.
It seems your command of the facts is still quite lacking as far as what is and isn't open. That's not splitting hairs, either.
We're approaching 2 months of something he claims to have won in week 1.

Telling it like it is - is not the same as cheering for Iran. It's shining a light on how stupid and incompetent trump and his entire administration is.
He claimed he "won" this war 6 weeks ago, and MAGAs everywhere swallowed it whole. "BOOM".
So, answer the question, what the fuck has been going on since then? Why are we still fighting a war that we "won"?

Wow. You must really enjoy being proven wrong! It happens again & again. And yet, you keep doubling down on stupid.
S&P 500 Index:
Feb. 27, 2026 - 6,879
Current - 7,120
Dow Jones Industrial Average:
Feb. 27, 2026 - 48,978
Today - 49,391
NASDAQ Composite:
Feb. 27, 2026 - 22,668
Today - 24,581
All 3 major US stock market indices are UP since trump attacked Iran on Feb. 28.
Wanna try again?

That's because his TACOs are nothing more than market manipulation. Insider trading, pure and simple. I know you love it when trump breaks the law, but... he's breaking the law.
Also, the Strait of Hormuz is definitely not open.
Wanna try that one again?
And can anyone answer WHY we're still involved in this when Dear Leader proclaimed that we "won" the war 6 weeks ago? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
There was "capitulation" and "progress", remember?

So you admit the market is up, and you and fd-dot were wrong to claim the war "erased $3.2 trillion from markets"?
Great! You're making progress. Perhaps in the future you will google the facts before saying something so provably incorrect.
Also, the Strait of Hormuz is definitely not open.

Gladly. I never said the Strait is fully open. I said it is "starting to reopen". It's not like a light switch. In future, please wear your reading comprehension cap when you post.

It's only "starting to reopen" now because Hegseth's navy can't properly sustain trump's own dumbass "blockade". And guess what? Only Iranian tankers are getting through.
https://x.com/lookner/status/2046871541565080049
trump is the most incompetent buffoon to ever call himself a U.S. President.
Only one more issue needs addressed: if we "won" the war 6 weeks ago, what the fuck is going on now? Was trump full of shit then, or is he full of shit now? Or both?
It's both, isn't it?
