... Constant mis-counting of votes - the first counts
and then the re-counts... Violating Election counting
procedures... Missing ballots - missing corresponding
ballot envelopes, ballot images, and even missing
tabulation tapes.
... And, of course - NO PRIOR DISCLOSURE of those FACTS.
