Thank you, that's an excellent idea.
People with Plantar fascia for years would
definitely have some various relief regimens versus
someone that's just starting out. Saving money in the process.

I suffered with this for a while. Get this type of sock to sleep in. It cured mine. https://www.amazon.com/ProStretch-Fa.../dp/B07H3BPPY6

When you sleep, you relax your foot and you calf shrinks stretching that plantar ligament. When you awake and start walking , it pulls it off the bone and keeps aggravating it. This sock is annoying the first couple of nights, but you get used to it. Keeps your foot flexed and allows it to heel.

Ice you arch down every night. Ibuprofen every day and this sock. Cured mine ina. Couple weeks

Buy some of the asics nimbus gel shoes. I dealt with plantar for 3 years. I never listened to the dr about buying these. Finally i did and they worked a miracle. I dont go barefooted around my house anymore either. I bought some hoka sandals that really helps. When wearing those asic shoes, they feel like walking on clouds. Make sure you get the nimbus gel though.

Rolling my foot on a frozen water bottle has helped in the past.
