How to ask for specific services at a spa

So I've been to a local spa and have already been given happy ending service, but how do I ask for specific services since there is a definite language barrier? Ball massage, perinium massage,bbbj,etc? I want to do more but have no idea how to ask for anything additional. Thanks everybody

In my experiences, pointing to my mouth works or a shuttle thrust of hips for FS. Also I have found they know english for most services.

Before starting be aware what language they understand Use translator if there is a language barrier make them understand what are you trying to tell simple
