just found out that hooters are not going to open one in new orleans, but they are opening one on North shore.

sorry, don't know where on north shore or when it'll open.
I talked to the manager., didn't ask him where & when in north shore it will open.
Presumably, it'll be announced on the LA hooters site when its ready.
