I have not walked on that side of the street as of yet, but here are some suggestions:
For fetish stuff, Mistress Mia has a good reputation
TS Tisha Dupre is fairly well known as well, and again I haven't sampled her wares but she has a website and does videos so you can see what you are getting in to. She does domination/fetish as well
TS Adriana is moving from Houston to Dallas at some point in the near future. She seems very attractive and may be worth investigating.
Otherwise, check on P411, there are quite a few that are out there. Eros has some as well. I'd recommend you stay with well-reviewed providers as I have heard some horror stories from BP TS encounters.
