activity slowing?

Is it just me, or does activity on the boards seem to be very slow lately? It seems like fewer ladies are available for playtime. Is this just a natural lull in the action? Just wondering.

The board has seemed a bit slow recently. However, keep in mind that just because a lady isn't posting in discussions nor posting ads doesn't always mean that she isn't available for playtime!!

Good points Shelby. Maybe its still a bit of newbie in me, but I feel like if I approach someone without a posting that they ARE available, then I am just bothering them. I don't want to do that.

I think part of it is the market. Both the clients and providers seem to be limited for this area. I think it would be hard for either to catch new interest other then the occasional passers through

Someone said to me once, "Oh I didn't see an ad anywhere for you that was posted today, so I figured you weren't available."

Huh?? You can contact a provider, especially through email, any time. She might tell you she's busy or out of town, but she definitely won't be "bothered".

.......unless of course you constantly text her asking for an outcall to Rogers, no matter how many times she says she lives in Little Rock and doesn't do outcalls. Yeah, you know who you are, weirdo.

It's annoying. Know at least the geographical location of a lady before you ask her for an appointment. It's kind of important.

The boards in multiple areas seem slow these days. All the forums I peruse are slower it seems to me.

I know it might be hard reality but a lot of ladies I personally know with fabulous reps(nationwide) and no reason to be just be a part time asp have gotten civie jobs recently..With senseless drama in a lot of states and touring season(for us) coming up I think most are waiting for the cleanup of the bs going around, then Im sure life will return..Who knows maybe the new E*corts.com will blow up and become as popular as ever?

Chrissy, things do seem to run in cycles. And many foget that providers have lives, too, outside the hobby -- kids, jobs, so's, etc. Arkansas happens to be in a "down" cycle right now. We've had several top tier providers retire and move on. Such is the nature of the hobby, just as with many of the guys who come and go (no pun intended). The trusted top tier list of providers has shrunken here, so it naturally seems things are slow.

You break my age rule, but I think I need a FL panhandle project to make a visit . . . .

BB.... I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that many here will not agree on the definition of "Top Tier" (and I realize I left off some fairly recognizable names).... but try to post a similar list from 5-6 years ago.... and show us how it compares.

As far as "Top Tier" girls who have retired lately... I can only think of a single handfull.

I guess what I'm sayin is... given the very small economic market that Arkansas represents.... we could be doing a whole lot worse!

P.S. - I saw a deliciously nice new girl today... she may not be ready to be called "Top Tier" yet ... but she holds a tremendous amount of potential! She's not alone, in showing up lately.... evolution continues to happen....

If you're talking about who I think you're talking about...and pardon me, Giz, but with the way you were drooling in her intro thread...then I'll have to say it's safe to assume you're speaking of Kyi. And so far she's living up to her potential on the provider's side of things, from my perspective, anyway! I know I personally get at least 4-5 reference requests from her per week. Which means, I have one more lady I can turn to for references myself.

Yes... I was referring to Kyi. She is an exceedingly beautiful young lady , a joy to share time with , a sweet, open conversationalist , a safety conscious provider(yes, she did check references on me from at least two area girls) , we shared a fine time together, earlier today... I look forward to more quality time spent with her!

She is young, intelligent, and sweet... and will hopefully only raise her status as she comes aware of what the intangibles of The Top Tier Hobby are all about. I sincerely hope you established girls assist her along her way!!
