It does not seem to me that 7 Supreme Court Justices did not agree with your interpretation that "it's not constitutional." Apparently you feel that you are right and they were all wrong!

Ok, I believe I understand now!

Five of the current Supreme Court justices would burn the constitution if they could. I agree with the four current justices that oppose the Roe vs Wade decision. These are the judges that rule based on original intent which is the only legitimate way to rule. I don't think the Roe vs Wade decision would be seven to two today. With the replacement of one liberal justice, I think Roe vs Wade will be history. Never forget the Supreme Court does make mistakes and it does reverse itself.

Dred Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857), also known as the Dred Scott Decision, was a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that people of African descent brought into the United States and held as slaves (or their descendants,[2] whether or not they were slaves) were not protected by the Constitution and could never be U.S. citizens

With any luck at all we can get a new conservative Republican president that will replace a couple of the Marxists on the court with judges that actually believe they should rule based on the clear meaning of the constitution instead of writing law from the bench.

The Supreme Court rarely gets it right. I guess you support the Kelo and Citizens United decisions, too. Along with Dred Scott, of course.

Please provide the link where I registered a complaint against any of those decisions. Once you have done so we will then discuss it!

You implied that if we think the Court is wrong, then we must think that we are smarter than the Court. I simply cited some examples that followed your reasoning. I can't help it if you're an idiot.

Genocide is the force removal and extermination of a type of persons.

How can PP be a part of black genocide when it is up to the woman to decide if she want's to keep the baby.

This is not like the holocaust, a time of forced sterilization, child experiments, and brutally assaulting pregnant women in order for them to have miscarriages.

This is a first world country no one is dragging impoverished ppl or minorities into PP offices to get abortions.

Rick Perry is not going to win presidency he is just an old pretty boy hoping on the "Traditional Values" bandwagon.

I did not imply anything more than what I stated "it does not seem to me that 7 Supreme Court Justices did not agree with your interpretation that it's not constitutional. Apparently you feel that you are right and they were all wrong!"

Had you been paying closer attention then you surely would have noticed that I clearly stated the following a few posts earlier (post #27 of this thread): "From a personal perspective, I do not believe in abortion. I understand how and why others might feel differently and respect their right to have a different opinion. Who am I to say they are right or wrong for believing the way they do? At the end of the day, nobody died and appointed me God!"

In other words, the US Supreme Court made their ruling and I will live with it. The fact that I may or may not agree with it in inconsequential. I implied nothing else but what I stated. If you choose to read something more into my words, you do so at the risk of me labeling someone I previously thought was just a blowhard, an idiot!

Idiot!

At least you didn't call me a neocon.

BTW, when I said "idiot" I was being nice, in the Spirit of Festivus! Don't rile me next week, I won't be as nice!

Skylar, do not point out facts to these cry babies on the right. Logic is not their strong suit. They love killing innocent people in the name of security but when you talk about embro they get all righteous.

If we told them it was a Muslim terrorist baby they'd be all for abortion! LOL

They shit their pants and give up all kinds of liberties in the name of security.
