to be honest i would agree with everyone...just way to harsh for such a small infraction.myself,i would give him a much milder punishment.this is what i would recommend .

Are the forums closed to others outside the geographical location? Those of us that travel, have friends in other areas, or might have lived in certain areas need to know these details.
