My ECCIE Reviews

I think the next game will be the texans last game, but I really dont think housto fans will be too upset because this is the furthest they ever went. I do believe their will be a better chance for the Texans next year though

My initial thought:
Baltimore 20
Texans 17
The home field advantage is huge, especially in a playoff game!

That sounds about right to me.
I hope I'm wrong, but having a rookie qb is going to be a weakness the ravens will exploit.

Trey we were wrong bruh. Broncos win in overtime with Tebow throwing an 80-yard pass on the FIRST PLAY!!! Throughout the game they just outplayed the Steelers. First 300yd passing day for Tebow and definitely the upset of the day.
DED is probably pissed right now..........

I think most of the people here would like to see the Texans win. So, this isn't about "hating" on anyone. Honestly, I think the Texans are the worst team left in the playoffs (both AFC and NFC). This is just based on current talent and who is playing up to their potential. So maybe the Texans aren't "one and done", but "2 and through" they are for sure. And I don't mean "through" to the conference championship. Remember, the Texans lost to Baltimore already this year. And that is when they had Schaub. In the first half of the season, I felt the Ravens were the only team that just flat out walked right through the Texans (though houston stayed with them the first 2 quarters). I mean Houston even gave the Saints a good fight before New Orleans had really hit their stride. The Ravens defense rarely has an "off" day. They will come at the Texans hard, fast, and often. And unless T.J. "checkdown" Yates shows something he has yet to display on the field, it could get ugly.
Ravens 29
Texans 10

If the Texans rush for more than 130 yards they can win. The Ravens offense has been up and down and they have Ray Rice and uhhhhh???
Texans 27
Ravens 14
Game MVP - James Casey

WOW! The Texans by almost two touchdowns. That's bold. They only scored 14 points the last time they played WITH Schaub and one of those touchdowns was a fumble recovery in the endzone for 7 by the Texans. Foster ran for less than 50 yards and Schaub passed for like 220. I hope you are right, but I don't see how they score 27 points. Everyone talks about the Ravens defense and their "up and down" offense. But the Ravens scored 30 points or more 7 times this season (okay, one game was 29). The Texans only had 5 games of 30 points or more and one was a loss to the Saints.

Dre was also not in that game. Now in this game they will have to stop both the pass and the run. I don't expect such low yards for foster.

Yates is maturing with confidence.
He's played "out doors" in similar weather.
Predictions are weather will be "mild" .... at kick off.
The "pundits" counted out Denver (and Tebow, who threw "the strike"), and the Texans cannot "stand down" like Denver did until OT.
I like the "mind game" of "EVERYONE KNOWING" that the Ravens are going to mop the field with the Texas, especially the Ravens "knowing" with an obvious swagger.

Remember the Ravens lost to the Seahawks earlier this year. So the Texans have a fighting chance.

I'd be glad with Texans winning my one point . What I like is that the Texans seem to thrive in the under dog role .
Texans have number one defense going into the play-offs since the Steelers were eliminated (sorry DED don't ban me lol). I like the fact that Foster is running with strength and passion if Ben Tate can up his game a bit it will be on ,Tate has been a lil below his usual game.
