I would lean toward paying more than both providers usual single rate. To me, it would be special occasion that would carry more value than spending it alone with each individual provider. I would look at it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity even though I hope it won't be. Besides, do you really want discount services for an encounter like that or an experience that will last a lifetime?
