Social welfare recipients, who are able to work but choose not to, are nothing but parasites. Eventually the parasites will become so numerous that they kill the host. Democrats know that rewarding people for being parasites will destroy the country and they don't care. Social welfare is just a way to buy votes.

A dog can live with a dozen ticks but not with a thousand. When the dog dies, the parasites die too. That's where the social welfare state will take us if we don't reign it in. Our economy will be essentially dead. Then there won't be any wealth left to transfer. Margaret Thatcher said that socialism always fails because sooner or later you run out of other people's money.

The fundamental flaw of Marxism is that it destroys the incentive to work. People will not work if the government confiscates the fruit of their labor and gives it to someone else. Marxism is not consistant with human nature. People are not motivated by the common good; they are motivated by self interest.

Your "have you stopped beating your wife" ploy doesn't work in this scenario. The point of the "have you stopped beating your wife" joke is that a completely innocent man is being asked an unfair question.

It's a different situation when you ask a chronic wife beater if he's stopped beating his wife. Your free to believe or not believe that the evidence supporting Obama being a Marxist is conclusive; no reasonable person can contend that there is no evidence.

Yes, I was right...I wasted my time going back and looking. Munchie did not answer the question. I asked (again) what would convince you that Obama was a socialist? Not the format or the venue. How about a signature of Obama on the convention list the Communist Party USA? Would that convince you? A picture of Obama in a Russian fur hat standing next to a statue of Lenin? What would you have to see? Now answer the question.
