HUMM - any tech who can tell me how to implant a YOUTUBE link into the post system here? Different format!

Been a while since I hobbied in Austin - under a different handle and a different board - ASPD back then. Several handles on this post that I have enjoyed reading before. I did a M&G in SA back then, and many Austin folks were there. Just miss this by a couple of days! Will be back in a month or two - I hope. I have a couple of reveiws of new ladies to post soon for a 2 day visit. I checked before driving down and everything seemed to be pretty slow. So in between the reads and the ride, the man posts the invite. And I miss out! Makes me want to cry. Lots of new ladies since I did a hobby visit and few that I remember. Too many are gone. I saw Dagny just before her retirement! I miss that girl something aweful and Tia and so many others. But I found a couple of nice ladies to share about. Infact, one who makes me smile like Lady D used to, maybe even more. Austin may still be the center of the HOBBY UNIVERSE still? The lady I meet Friday was incredable and it was only FBSM - I wonder if she has a Willow side?? Make that I hope she does......oh what a dream I had! Took me 24 hours to come down from the high. Never been drunk before but she lifted me higher then I have ever been lifted before!

Are you trying to "embed" the youtube window with some javascript? i.e. some gobbledygook text that make a youtube window appear in the post, instead of just a link?

It might work if you use youtube.com instead of youtu.be.

Allowing users to post javascript to embed things like youtube windows is a big security hole, so the site blocks javascript in general. I have some vague recollection of eccie having some way that lets you post youtube windows, though.

Thanks for the heads up Gman - good to see you are still around. Mod I hope? Maybe I will not get my hands slapped too much here. Had a few bumps in the road when I came back to KC with a few new mods. Not the same as it used to be there! How is Austin? I enjoyed Maxie to the Max. I will hold off on the You Tube if it is a security issue. I did a few things in KC and ran into an NASCAR FAN. Well need to write a review. PM about the M&G's coming. I think you were at the SA one I went to, but it was a long time ago in hobby years.

Youtube is not a problem as long as you post it as a link. You just can't post a "live" window. (I think)

I'm not on the staff here, so I don't know the eccie specific details. In the old days, bulletin boards allowed users to post "fancy" HTLM codes, but the criminals figured out that was security hole that would let them steal passwords or do other nasty things. Some boards have ways to do specific thinks like post a youtube video, some are stupid and leave the function available.

I left the mod staff back in the ASPD days. No problems, I just wasn't willing to put the time in to do it right at that time.

Things are much the same here. The business at the strip clubs is way down from the glory days.

I gave up on strip clubs long ago. The $ is not make sense or cents!

And I'm gonig to be here too early for this one! Well, maybe I can get Maxie to come to it for me! She would be a great addition to the crew!
