Maybe it was a Freudian slip, and he confused 'labiaplasty' with 'lobotomy'. After all, who here doesn't have pussy on their mind.

Some of them were electrocuted and died from the uncaring greed of some of the biggest contractors (and Bush Donors) in the defense industry.
