Depends on how you count non-ejaculatory orgasms, which Ms. Athena is so skilled at getting several of us to. Those O's also don't result in the refractory period that ejaculatory ones do. 2 would be the most ejaculatory ones in an hour, and as others have described, I prefer just one. The plateau of excitement is always highest before the first one for me.
