I'm not a fan of late term abortions. The major problem that I have with early term abortions is the fact that I'm paying for them as a tax payer and I don't want my money used for that purpose. Pay for it yourself!!!

Same goes for stem cell research, I'm not against it. I don't want to pay for it

I read what Munchie linked to and it is about something that Santorum said. The point remains that a nurse testified that she had to stand by and allow an infant to die after a botched abortion. Criminal law says that any baby that draws a breath is "born" and "a person" except in Chicago. That is why the abomination of partial birth abortion was created. The baby is delivered to the point that it's skull can be penetrated before breath can be drawn. Sounds like a squirrely lawyer end around rather than an honest attempt. Anyone who supports this is an accessory to murder.

WTF thinks that if one Doctor does not have the sense enough to know if a baby will live , then you need to strip that Doctor of the right to practice medicine....not have a law that requires two Doctors to figure that out.
