Agree with T-Bone and others. You get that feeling, go home for a few days. If you still can't get it out of your head book and appointment, tell her and see what happens. You don't fall in love, so effing what? She decides to get on the ride with you, what have you got to lose? At least you'll know and you'll have had whatever sweet time together that it works out to be. If it doesn't work, in the end you'll both go back to screwing other people but you'll be richer for the experience.

Wow, a lot of interesting responses here.

I've been out motorcycling the Hill Country for a couple days. Usually clears my head. We'll see if it helps this time.

Not sure what compelled me to ever bring this up here in the first place but it has made for some interesting reading. I appreciate all the concern expressed here. As well as in the PM's, text messages, phone calls and personal conversations. LOL

The PM's did include one from the lady in question. It might be described as brief and non-committal. I sent her a reply.

It's late and I'm tired but I did want to acknowledge the thoughtful feedback. I'll re-read it in the morning and see if there's anything I want to respond to specifically.

The other part is that you'd only last a short time anyway, given the vast age difference. But, hey-what a way to go.

The lovely lady and I did communicate. She has an SO (although I have some real questions about him ) so I'm respecting that and keeping my distance.
